Bean:

Pour over

20g of coffee + 360g of water

Bloom (60g) - 1 minute

First pour (160g) - small circles, high flow rate

Second pour (360g) - small circles, high flow rate

Swirl the brewer and let coffee drain in 3:00-3:15.

Let the coffee cool and enjoy!
